To be eligible to open and maintain a 3333dit account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you as an individual.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or as a proxy for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a 3333dit employee or contractor in a role connected to the operation, development, or administration of the platform.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 3333dit or had an account closed by the Company for a violation of these Terms.
• You are registering one account only. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.

3333dit reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time. This may include a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or other official photographic identification document. Until such documentation is provided and approved by the 3333dit compliance team, the Company may restrict withdrawals, bonus eligibility, or full account access. Providing false, forged, or misleading identity documentation constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

3333dit employs automated and manual age-verification processes. Where there is reasonable suspicion that a player may be under the age of 18, the account will be suspended pending verification. If age verification confirms that the player is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits will be returned where the payment provider's process permits, and any winnings accrued will be forfeited in full.

Cricket Betting Specific Rules: For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers markets, all bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (Bangladesh Cricket Board, BCCI, ICC). • The Company has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering.
• The player's account has been flagged in connection with a chargeback or payment dispute.
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Continued operation of the account would expose the Company to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

In the event of a Company-initiated closure for a breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a serious breach — such as fraud, money laundering, or systematic bonus abuse — the Company reserves the right to retain the full account balance. Where no breach is confirmed, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. 3333dit will send an email notification to the registered address 30 days prior to dormancy classification. Dormant accounts remain accessible — the player may reactivate by logging in at any time. Dormant account balances are never forfeited without prior notice and a reasonable reactivation window.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through the 3333dit complaints process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.
